About the PROJECT
This home remodel project was a transformative undertaking, involving a complete gut and reconfiguration to enhance both functionality and style. The layout was redesigned to create a new casita, perfect for guests or multi-generational living, with thoughtful details for privacy and comfort. Walls were restructured, and an additional bathroom was seamlessly integrated, adding convenience and flow to the floor plan. A dedicated pool room was also added, creating a welcoming space that blends indoor comfort with easy outdoor access. Each room now reflects a blend of modern elegance and practicality, tailored to meet the needs of contemporary living while exuding warmth and sophistication.
